Certified Organic Chicken

The production of certified organic poultry is strictly regulated with third party oversight. Hills Foods is a PACS (Pacific Agricultural Certification Society) Certified Organic Facility #16-304. This certification also allows us to provide value added customized organic chicken products such as smoked organic chicken products or custom certified organic sausage making on a special order basis.

Select Cuts

Whole dressed fryers, supreme breasts, leg and thigh. Fresh subject to production. Frozen typically is in stock when production is interrupted.

Prep Tips

Chicken offers tremendous versatility. It can be roasted, baked, fried, grilled, stewed and even microwaved. To enjoy your chicken safely, ensure that the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees Fahrenheit, or until juices run clear. If you’re cooking a whole bird be sure to use a meat thermometer. The thermometer must be inserted into the thickest part of the meat, without touching any bone or fat to get an accurate reading.
